We collect information you voluntarily provide, including: name, email address, phone number, business name and address, payment information (processed securely via Razorpay/Stripe — we do not store card data), member data you enter into the platform, and support communications.

When you use Fitzpot, we automatically collect: IP address and device identifiers, browser type and version, usage data (pages visited, features used, clicks), error logs, and performance data.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the Fitzpot platform, process payments and send receipts, send service notifications and product updates, provide customer support, improve our services and develop new features, comply with legal obligations, and prevent fraud and abuse.

We do not sell your personal data or your members' data to third parties.

3. Data Sharing

We may share your data with trusted third parties solely to operate our service, including: payment processors (Razorpay, Stripe), cloud infrastructure providers (AWS), communication services (WhatsApp Business API), and analytics tools (Google Analytics). All third parties are bound by data processing agreements.

We implement industry-standard security measures including TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 encryption at rest, role-based access controls, regular penetration testing, and automated security monitoring. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; however, we use commercially acceptable means to protect your data.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@fitzpot.com. We will delete or anonymise your data within 30 days of receiving a valid deletion request, except where retention is required by law.
