 A Commercial Gym Setup typically includes gym design and planning, cardio equipment, strength training machines, free weights, functional training areas, flooring, lighting and complete installation services. The setup is customized to meet the specific needs of your fitness business. 

Commissions are paid on the 5th of each month via bank transfer for all conversions from the previous calendar month. There is no minimum payout threshold.

Your referral link tracks clicks for 90 days. If someone visits Fitzpot through your link and signs up anytime within 90 days, you earn the commission — even if they don't sign up immediately.

A conversion is when a gym owner referred by you starts a paid Fitzpot plan (after the free trial). Free trials do not trigger a commission; paid plan activation does.

Yes. Fitzpot operates across India, UAE, and the UK. You can refer gyms in any of these markets and earn commissions in INR regardless of where the gym is located.

No cap. Refer as many gym owners as you like. There are no limits on the number of referrals, earnings, or the duration of the programme.

Your affiliate dashboard shows clicks, sign-ups, trial activations, and confirmed commissions in real time. Individual contact details of referrals are not shared for privacy reasons.

Your one-time commission is paid on the plan they first convert to. Recurring commissions are based on their active MRR at the time of each monthly payout — so if they upgrade, your monthly payment increases too.

Yes, but it's quick. Submit a short application and we'll review it within 24 hours. Most applicants are approved immediately. We reserve the right to decline applications that don't align with our values.

No. Members can book through a web link that works in any browser. They can also receive and confirm bookings directly via WhatsApp.

Yes. You can set a trial period (e.g., "3 days free") on any plan. After the trial, billing begins automatically.

Fitzpot integrates with Razorpay (India-focused, supports UPI, cards, net banking) and Stripe (global — cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay). Cash and bank transfer are also trackable.

Yes. Fitzpot integrates exclusively with the official WhatsApp Business API, which means no risk of account bans and full compliance with WhatsApp's policies.

Yes. All dashboards reflect live data. Revenue, bookings, and attendance update the moment a transaction or check-in is recorded.

The AI analyses visit frequency, days since last visit, membership age, payment history, and engagement patterns. When a member's score drops below a threshold, you're alerted with the member's name and recommended action.

No dedicated hardware is required. You can run the POS from any tablet or phone. For barcode scanning, the device camera works — though dedicated scanners are supported for high-volume setups.

Only if you grant them permission. RBAC lets you configure exactly what each role can see — trainers can be restricted to their own schedule and assigned clients.

UPI payments have zero MDR for merchants in India as per RBI mandate. You receive 100% of the payment amount. Razorpay gateway fees apply based on your plan (typically 2% for card payments, 0% for UPI).

Fitzpot generates a CSV export of all B2C and B2B invoices in a format compatible with GSTR-1 filing. You or your CA can use this to file directly or import into Tally/ClearTax.

Yes. With the Enterprise white-label plan, all Fitzpot branding is removed from the platform, emails, invoices, and mobile experience. Your clients see only your brand.

A white-label native iOS and Android app is available as part of the V2 roadmap. Currently, the white-label web experience is fully supported with custom domain and branding.

The app requires an internet connection to make bookings or payments, but membership cards and schedules can be viewed offline after initial load.
